Information We Collect : When you install and use the App, we may collect the following data from your Shopify store:Store information (shop domain, email, plan type, currency, timezone).Products, product variants, collections, and inventory information needed to display and configure your Boxes.Orders related to Boxes created with the App (to ensure proper functionality and reporting).Basic customer information included in Shopify orders (name, email, address) only when strictly necessary to deliver the service.We do not collect sensitive data (such as payment details).

3. How We Use Your Information : We use the collected data for:Providing the App’s functionality (creating and managing product Boxes).Displaying your store’s products within the Box configurator.Ensuring orders include the correct Box configuration.Offering customer support and troubleshooting.Improving our services.

4. Data Sharing : We do not sell or rent your data to third parties.Data is only shared with trusted third-party service providers (e.g., hosting providers, analytics, or support tools such as Crisp) that help us operate the App.These providers are GDPR/CCPA compliant.

5. Data Retention : Store-related data is kept as long as the App is installed.When you uninstall the App, we automatically delete your store’s data from our systems within 30 days.

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) govern all sales of digital products and services offered by CalioThemes on the caliothemes.com website and its subdomains, as well as via our Shopify applications.

By ordering a product or service, the customer acknowledges having read and accepted these General Terms and Conditions without reservation.

Our offers are divided into two main categories:

A. Canva Products
Including: visual identities, Canva templates, logo packs, communication visuals… Digital products delivered instantly after purchase via a download link or direct access to Canva. Files remain hosted on Canva; it is the customer's responsibility to maintain access.

B. Shopify Services and Products: Including: creation of Shopify stores, theme development, installation and use of our applications (e.g. Calio Products Box, Instructions Manager), and templates. Personalized services carried out on quote or as a package.
Applications distributed via the Shopify App Store, subject to Shopify's terms. Templates or modules delivered online after order.

Prices are listed in euros (€) including all taxes. You can change the currency using the drop-down menu. Payments are secured through Shopify Payments, PayPal, or other recognized providers.

In accordance with the Consumer Code:

Digital products (Canva, Shopify templates, apps): no right of withdrawal after downloading or access, except in the event of a proven technical defect.

Shopify services (store creation, custom development): refunds only possible if the service has not started.

A refund request must be sent by email to caliothemes@gmail.com with proof of order.

All content (logos, templates, apps, codes, visuals) created by CalioThemes remains protected by copyright. Purchasing a product grants the right to use it, but not to resell or redistribute it. The Shopify or Canva trademarks and logos belong to their respective publishers.

CalioThemes cannot be held responsible for misuse of Canva or Shopify products. CalioThemes guarantees proper functionality of Shopify applications provided they are used in accordance with the documentation. In the event of a bug or technical issue, support is available via email (caliothemes@gmail.com) or Crisp chat.

Data collected when ordering or using our apps is processed in accordance with our [Privacy Policy].

We strive to ensure customer satisfaction. In accordance with the French Consumer Code, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal after purchase (except for downloadable or direct-access digital products).
